General Contracting
Few decisions can affect your project more than selecting the wrong general contractor to manage the construction of your building. You will avoid the common challenges and headaches that are often associated with a major construction project when you trust Engineered Construction Systems’ experience, knowledge and collaborative approach to general contracting.
Our project approach is built on the belief that teamwork and quality control creates continuity as the project progresses through design into actual construction. ECSI will engage your entire project team (owners, architects, engineers, consultants, etc.) in understanding your needs and while working together, will deliver against those needs. This approach provides you with a clear and consistent source of all of the project’s construction requirements while ensuring that design intent, budget and schedule implications, construction feasibility and lifetime maintenance needs are incorporated into decisions from concept through close-out.

Throughout your project, ECSI will carefully develop subcontractor and vendor bid packages to optimize your buying power. Engineered Construction has established optimum relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. With our long standing reputation for well managed, safe, high-quality projects completed on time and within budget, subcontractors and suppliers aggressively pursue our business. This translates into bottom line savings for our clients.
All cost components (including labor, materials and subcontractor agreements) will be carefully monitored. All subcontractors selected to work on your project will be required to participate in Engineered Construction’s Quality Control and Improvement process as all aspects of the construction process will be subject to the ongoing Quality Control and Improvement process. ECSI team members are on-site full time to monitor and coordinate the work of subcontractors and ensure a quality work product. Our construction management team offers proven experience, is current on codes and issues and will provide smooth working procedures throughout each project’s completion.
When Engineered Construction Systems assembles employees for a project, they work as a team. One of ECSI’s greatest strengths is the cross-training of its employees. All ECSI’s construction professionals experience a number of responsibilities on each job and apply their skills to diverse project types. Rather than being pigeonholed into a single craft, individuals learn to master challenges of all types and to conceptualize the construction process. Rarely a challenge arises for which they do not have a solution or the wealth of knowledge and experience to research and determine an accurate conclusion.
