Concrete Construction
Engineered Construction Systems provides expertise in all areas of commercial “cast-in-place” concrete construction. We specialize in retail, institutional, office and residential structures, both public and private. Typical projects include medium to large office and residential buildings, shopping centers, parking structures and schools.
Footings The key to delivering a quality foundation starts with the proper installation of the foundation footings. Our footings are installed by a trained professional crew with the latest technology to meet the most stringent specifications. The footings are the most important piece of your foundation, if they fail, then all above it will show the problems. We constantly work with architects, engineers and code officials to make sure our crews are aware of specification and code modifications.
Walls Poured Concrete Walls provide the highest quality foundation walls. The advances in technology that allows poured in place concrete walls or "tilt-up walls" to be installed in shorter construction times, greater design flexibility and higher strength. At ECSI, we have the best equipment available to help us install poured walls faster and better than others.
Flat Work ECSI crews focus on providing our customers with high quality concrete slab construction. From the placement of the stone to finishing the slab, our team understands quality workmanship. As with all phases of concrete prep work and placement, quality installation is our number one goal.
Tilt-Up Concrete Construction Tilt –Up concrete construction is an innovative and recognized process used to erect quality commercial and industrial building structures quickly and safely with construction cost advantages.
Whether poured directly at the job site or using pre-cast concrete wall panels, the panels, called “tilt-up panels” are raised directly into position around the building’s perimeter to form exterior walls.
This type of construction allows for a wide range of structural styles to be built more quickly and with a substantial savings over traditional masonry construction methods.
